Thank you to everyone who supported The Brain Project in its inaugural year. Because of you, we raised $1.3 MILLION for brain health care, research, education and innovation at Baycrest!

More iconic and exclusive downtown locations
The Brain Project is proud to return to some of Toronto’s most-visited locations, including: the historic Distillery District, Union Station, a larger-than-life exhibit in City Hall’s Nathan Phillips Square Pond… and more to be revealed soon!
Incredible talent
From emerging to the well-established, the artists of The Brain Project 2017 will bring a decidedly new flare to our sculptures, which will brighten downtown Toronto and engage millions of locals and tourists. This year’s roster of talent includes some returning favourites from 2016 and many more new creative minds! Stay tuned for our official artist announcement later this year.
Great Canadian Minds
This year, to commemorate Canada’s 150th – The Brain Project will host a limited-edition “Great Canadian Minds” series of sculptures to honour some of Canada’s brightest brains. More on this will be revealed soon.
The return of our superstar, Sarah Rafferty
The generous and talented Sarah Rafferty has been confirmed as The Brain Project’s Global Ambassador for 2017! We are thrilled to join forces with her again to let the world know that “No Brain Deserves To Go Blank!” Welcome back, Sarah!
