The Yogen Früz Brain Project is back for its fifth year and to kick-start the campaign, Baycrest is partnering with Barry’s for a 35-minute, virtual bodyweight workout that will boost your brain health.
Nearly 600,000 Canadians currently live with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Despite popular belief, dementia is not a natural or inevitable consequence of aging and there are many ways to reduce the risk of cognitive decline. For example, staying in good health and exercising can reduce the risk of dementia by 28 per cent.
