This artist looks at the brain as the deep dark mysterious universe. With the ability to imagine, visualize and manifest, next to our heart, our brain is our truest magic as human beings on this planet. The piece is inclusive, incorporates bold bright colours and includes stars and constellations to add hope and light.
Stephanie Bellefleur, of the Haus of Bellefleur, is a Contemporary Visual Mural Artist who was born in Venezuela, and resides in Toronto, Ontario. Her work incorporates bold colors with strong graphic lines. Stephanie has experience working with both aerosol, acrylic and latex paint. The importance of her practice is to unify Fine Art Traditions with Street Art Culture. Stephanie’s core values are to progress social initiatives that include capacity building within community, through the arts.
She has been hired to create by Art Organizations and Corporate Businesses such as Street Art Toronto, Facebook, Vancouver & Hamilton BIA, Daniel Spectrum, The Liberal Party at Parliament Queen’s Park. Stephanie’s most accomplished work to date is for the 8 story mural with International Mural Artist Phlegm from the UK at Yonge and St.Clair.
Stephanie is currently working for the Steps Initiative as an art administrator and is currently assisting public art projects for 2018 under International Muralist Okuda from Spain, on a 23 story Mural that is underway at Jarvis and Carlton. She is looking forward to continuing to beautify the public realm as a muralist artist and art administrator supporting local emerging artists. Stephanie feels humbled to serve the public sector in order to progress a spectrum of unity and colour.
